Online Application
Applicants were asked to fill the abridge application form then asked to submit the complete application by Logging in with their E-mail and Password.

Online Assessment
Eligible candidates appeared for an online test that assessed the candidates on below skills:
- Technical knowledge of their trade
- Decision making ability through situational testing

Personal Interview
As per the results of the online test, shortlisted candidates from written test from each of the 8 sectors appeared for in-person interviews. The interviews were held at focal cities one in each of the north, south, east, and west zones
